Clean great value hotel with a good pool and a favourable location near to eateries and the mall, hospital and police station. Pleasant employees at the reception desk, reasonably spacious and bright room. Beautiful bathroom.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and overall the room was big and bright. The breakfast was above average and marvellous for the muffins and all the food was LOVELY.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff, quick check-in, clean and modern facilities, and secure parking. We particularly appreciated the delicious breakfast packed for us on our early departure.

The location of the lodge was peaceful, and it was conveniently close to the golf course and shops. The room was beautifully decorated and had a nice desk for working.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful with check-in and provided a tasty breakfast. The location was perfect, and we were pleased with the comfortable room and clean bathroom. The outdoor area was great to relax, and we appreciated the attention to detail from the hotel.
The pool would be an excellent addition for guests to cool off after a long day.

The Christmas decorations were lovely and we appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks. the location was convenient for exploring the nearby attractions.
The service at breakfast was disappointing. the utensils were not properly laid out and it was difficult to get the attention of the staff.

The staff at Elegant Lodge & Conference Center were incredibly accommodating and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure that my late arrival was not a problem and even provided me with a delicious dinner after the kitchen had officially closed. The room was modern and clean, and the breakfast had a great variety of options. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Spacious rooms, friendly staff, comfortable beds and pillows, beautiful gardens, full Dstv package, mini fridge.

The location of the hotel was convenient and easily accessible. The beds were large and comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was quite nice, with a good selection of food options including toast and muffins.
The lack of a door on the toilet made it difficult to maintain privacy and control odors. the staff did not seem readily available to attend to guest needs, and the pillows were quite hard.
